Assessments

  • Graham Psychology have Psychologists who are qualified in using the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition) system for assessing and diagnosing autism in Children and Adults.

The ADOS-2 system is a comprehensive assessment, meaning our written report can be provided to a paediatrician, GP, school, kindergarten, university or workplace to potentially gain further support or aid.

We understand that seeking an Autism Assessment can come with a range of emotions. Our psychologists are compassionate and skilled clinicians who pride themselves on educating and supporting individuals through the process in a neuroaffirming manner.

Autism Assessment includes both an ADOS-2 Assessment as well as a Cognitive Assessment (either a WISC-V, WPPSI-IV, WAIS-IV depending on age). The assessment is conducted over 4 appointments (six sessions) including an intake/interview on history (double session), the ADOS-2 assessment session (single session), the cognitive assessment session (double session) and a report/feedback session (single session). The feedback session will be booked 4-6 weeks after the Assessment session, where a report will be provided and the clinician will explain all results.

    Pricing:
    ADOS-2 + WISC-V, WPPSI-IV or WAIS-IV:
    Psychologist $3000

In some instances an ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) assessment may also be required. ADHD assessment will be conducted during an additional appointment (double session) booked either between or following the ADOS-2/COG assessment/s.
