Fees and Rebates
The APS + AAPi National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2026-2027 sets a standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee at $340. We are proud to be able to offer sessions well below this fee and endeavour to keep our pricing as affordable as possible.
We also welcome GP referrals with a Mental Health Care Plan. A MHCP lets you claim Medicare rebates on up to 10 individual and 10 group sessions with a mental health professional each calendar year. Please note your referring GP must update your referral after the first 6 sessions in order for you to access the following 4 sessions.

Medicare Rebates
Patients with a valid GP provided Mental Health Care Plan can access the below Medicare Rebates:
$101.55 with a General Psychologist
$127.50 Walk and Talk with a General Psychologist
$149.05 with a Clinical Psychologist
$174.35 Walk and Talk with a Clinical Psychologist
You must obtain a GP referral prior to your first appointment in order to receive a Medicare rebate.
Private Health Insurance
Patients without a mental health care plan may be able to claim a rebate through their private health insurer – please speak to your provider for rebate amounts.

Low Cost Counselling
Our Provisional Psychologists are able to offer low cost counselling with no mental health care plan or referral required.
Provisional Psychologists have finished their 5 years of study and are in their 6th and final year, where they are required to reach a target of client contact hours before they get their full registration. A provisional for instance, will have a current client load of 20+ clients and experience throughout their various placements with diverse mental health presentations across all age groups.
