Our Admin Team

Our Admin Team play a crucial role in our team, handling booking, billing, and session inquiries for our clients, all while managing a busy email inbox. They will likely be your first point of contact when you make an enquiry or book your first appointment. Our team flexibly floats between clinics so you may not see the same team member each time you visit a clinic, but each person will make you feel welcome and are able to ask any questions you may have.

Emily Bizley
Practice Manager

Emily manages all the day-to-day operations at each one of our clinics and locations. She works tirelessly in the background to make sure our admin team and clinicians have everything they need, and the clinics are all running smoothly.

Selena McLaren
Operations Manager

Selena manages our general operations and marketing. She works closely with Emily, our CEO and Senior clinicians to ensure that the business is running smoothly and all our clinicians and clinics are supported.

Sam Tallack
Personal Assistant

Sam manages our invoices and works with third-parties to ensure our clients funding is processed. Sam works closely with our Practice Manager, ensuring the demands of each clinic are met and our team is supported.

Admin Assistants

Our team of Admin Assistants float between our locations and are the ones who will answer our phone line and respond to client enquiries.
