Vocational Assessment

At Graham Psychology, our Vocational Assessments are suited to adolescents and adults looking for clarity around their career aspirations or career changes. Vocational Assessments are used to assess and identify an individual’s current skills and interests, determine occupational options and potential goals, enabling individuals to gain an understanding of what they value at work, so they can be identified when job searching. It will also assist in targeting your job search to areas you are passionate about and well suited to perform well in.

A Vocational Assessment could be beneficial for:

Students unsure about their TAFE/ University pathway

Injured workers looking to return to the workforce

Workers looking for advanced placements or promotions

Individuals exploring a career change
