Tracy is adaptive in her style and approaches, depending on each client’s unique individual needs and preferences.  Tracy combines multiple modalities in her therapy, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), schema therapy, emotionally focused individual therapy, principles from ISTDP (intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy), motivational interviewing, and strength-based approaches. She believes every individual has their own unique values, strengths, and intuition, and really tries to help clients build their awareness of these.
