"The Getting Ready for Baby Workshop was incredibly helpful for us. The psychologist was insightful and supportive and helped me to communicate how I was feeling to my partner in a way that he was able to understand. I left feeling validated and supported and ready to take on this new challenge of parenthood. Highly recommend!"
